Okay, so I waited a while to write a review to really see what the benefits would be after an extended period of time. And I have to say, this machine does the job and is compact enough to have in the living room without it being obtrusive. But I also want to add, it's easy to maneuver from the living room to the bedroom if there are guests coming. We have carpeted floor, so we just dragged it from one room to the next and it was fine. Let me start at the beginning, my item was shipped to me within the given time frame and I was able to assemble it in an hour. Now, I am a female without much experience in assembling stuff beyond Ikea furniture but this was just as easy! The instructions are very clear and all the needed tools and parts are included. All you have to do is follow the directions from beginning to end and you're good! Now to the machine itself; I'm 5'6'' about 120 pounds and I try to hit the gym about 3 - 4 times a week and the only reason why I go is for the elliptical...
