Review: Wheel comes off track
Spent more money on an allegedly better name brand. We were hoping for quality. After one week the left wheel came off the track while in use. We called customer service and he said to make sure that the bolts were tight. They were tight and the wheel came off again under normal use. We did not over work the machine and this was during normal use. We are calling Sole support again and we will update to see if Sole can be trusted to stand behind their machines. UPDATE: So far I am happy with Sole customer service. They were prompt and stood by their machine and it will be replaced. Not happy with e25 but happy with customer service thus far.
