I saw this on Gold Box and I read the 2 reviews and decided to try it. I am so glad I did!! This Recumbent Eliptical bike is perfect for me. I also have a treadmill, but Schwinn 520 Recumbent Elliptical works better for me . I have asthma and chronic bronchitis, so exercising regularly is more difficult at times. I can't use the treadmill if I am not feeling healthy because if I get dizzy I fall. But with the Schwinn 520 Recumbent Elliptical Trainer (Black), I can take breaks sit and then start back up. If I get dizzy sit back for a few minutes and rest. I know I will use this regularly, and it will help me keep exercising which is so important if you have any health problems.
It doesn't hurt my knees, or back, its quite comfortable to use. I am 100% pleased and so glad I purchased it.
